By accessing this Website or placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. About Our Services

GD Angling Tackle is a professional fishing lure manufacturer based in Chongqing, China. We provide:

• Wholesale supply of hard baits including Minnow, Crankbait, Popper, Pencil lures, and Lure Boxes.
• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services for custom fishing lures.
• Custom mold design, color matching, packaging, and global shipping services.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on product type, quantity, customization requirements, and shipping destination.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary by product and will be communicated during the inquiry process.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Confirmed quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation.
• Orders are not binding until a formal proforma invoice or sales confirmation has been issued and accepted by both parties.

4. OEM/ODM and Custom Orders

• Custom mold development timelines, costs, and specifications will be agreed upon in writing before production begins.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, artwork, and design files for custom products.
• Samples may be provided for quality approval before mass production. Sample fees and shipping costs will be communicated upfront.
• Mold ownership terms will be specified in the manufacturing agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, and other mutually agreed payment methods.
• Standard payment terms are 30% deposit to initiate production and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, rail transport, and international express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT).
• Shipping costs, insurance, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance and carrier delays.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless CIF or DDP terms are agreed.

7. Quality and Inspection

• We maintain a rigorous quality control system with engineers overseeing every stage of production.
• Customers may arrange third-party inspection before shipment at their own expense.
• Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods, with supporting photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks, is the property of GD Angling Tackle or used with permission.
• Custom designs developed for OEM clients remain the intellectual property of the client, subject to the terms of the manufacturing agreement.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without our prior written consent.
